1. How has programming or diet guidance helped you progress?

“The guidance of workout reps and set counts has been great for me to not only be able to hit muscles that I was not hitting before, but also attack the gym with an organized plan. That paired with the dieting recommendations helped me to get to a good place with my physique that I was not able get on my own, despite working out 3-5 times a week for 5 years.”

2. What has been the most challenging part your reaching your goals?

“The most challenging part of this workout journey has definitely been trying new workouts and new machines in the gym. I had been going to the gym for a few years, but was only hitting the same collection of machines and exercises. The program was extremely helpful as it had tutorial videos with good tips and tricks. Having Sam around to help answer more specific questions was also a big help.”

3. What are your goals for the next few months?

“The next few months I’m hoping to work on a cleaner and steadier bulk. In previous years I would just eat as much as I could without a clear plan, which was not very helpful for building lean muscle mass. So far the program has helped me to gain back 6 pounds!”
